400系列电源测试系统的体积较小,却能提供大型测试仪才具有的功能,大大提高了电源测试的经济效益。其功能强大,能对DC-DC转换器进行全面的准确测试;速度快,能降低充电器和适配器的测试成本;适用范围广,能用于多种多输出的交流-直流电源;它够经济,能用于预测试、收货检测和维修;另外,还可以作设计工程师的个人开发工作站。想想看,只需花如此少的钱,就能在仪器上安装功能强大的400系列电源测试系统。

 

完善的测试系统

该测试系统有2种型号:S430用于直流-直流测试,S440用于交流-直流测试。所有的激励源、测量仪器以及多通道转换器、数字激励信源、比较器、计时器和断电器等全部集成在一个机箱内。其整体测试能力和软件特性是先进的大容量生产测试仪。用于只需接通电源,准备好夹具,就可以开始测试了,非常方便。

 

能灵活配置的可换功率模块

为了结构更紧凑、灵活性更强,就需要模块化电源子系统的设计,这是多年来NHR公司设计大型测试系统时的指导思想。这是对灵活性要求高的测试仪器共有的特点。而该子系统的独特之处,在于其6槽位机箱支持各种电子负载和/或直流电源模块的组合,如附图所示。同时,在测试工作中,可针对各UUT特定要求,可并联多个同类模块,使应用更为灵活。这样,就可在有限的设备规格范围内,配置范围广泛的虚拟负载和电源。所有模块都具有较大的电流电压范围和额定的功率,实现以最少的模块组合满足最大范围的需求。

 

嵌入式数字化测量系统

是机箱内非常先进的测量系统。该系统把模拟信号数字化,以用于DSP分析,可实现对波形的静态和瞬变测量。这样,一个电路加上关联信号矩阵和各单元间的连接线路,就可具备伏特计、定时/噪音分析仪、功率分析仪、示波器的主要功能。除功能、尺寸和成本优势外,系统的简单结构也令测试更为快捷可靠。
