应用
4600型电子负载应用于利用全范围非线性负载全面测试交流输出功率转换产品,如不间断电源(UPS)和变频器。由于负载控制范围广,从而确保在各种实际运行条件下发挥其最佳性能。
非线性负载
可编程和非线性(即任何功率因数和波峰因数)负载测试是其明显优势。最重要的是,它能在各种可能负载下对产品进行快速测试。另一大优点就是,能够按照产品测试需要,即时切换到不同的负载状态。其通用性既保证了产品质量,也提高了测试速度。
适用范围广
为了满足多数UPS和变频器的要求,4600系列有两个功率范围:3000W和6000W。若需要更高的功率,可并联增加设备。所有设备可在50~350V交流电和几种仿真模式下(恒流、恒压、恒阻、固定功率和短路)运行。
"一箱式"测试解决方案
带有一个电脑控制器,4600型设备包括了所有测试交流输出产品的仪器。除了能灵活控制负载,该设备还能进行12项高精度测量,其中包括电压、电流、峰值电流、频率、波峰因数、功率因数和有功功率。实时的电压、电流和功率波形都将显示在电脑软板上。这样就可省去外部测量设备、相关的信号矩阵和连线。因此该设备具有体积小、成本低、测试速度快的优点。
适于公司的系统或人工应用
4600型设备有多种用途,最初是为自动测试系统的最后功能测试而设计的,结合电脑或进行工程设计验证测试、进货检验、退货产品的维修。为了用户能尽快使用该设备并使该设备与其它设备整合,4600提供了指导性图形用户接口和LabVIEW 驱动程序。
